Shipping Policy

How your order is made

Every Laiy piece is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is produced by our print partner at the facility nearest to you, then shipped locally. It means less waste, faster delivery, and fewer border delays.

Production time

Prints are typically produced within 2–4 working days. Framed pieces and larger formats may take a little longer.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
• UK: 2–5 working days
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• Rest of world: 5–14 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with the courier and the destination, and we can't be held responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with tracking once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Customs and duties

Because your order is printed locally wherever possible, most customers pay no customs charges at all. Where an order does cross a border, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are outside our control.

Missed deliveries

If you're not in when the courier calls, they'll usually leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Parcels that aren't collected are returned to the print partner, and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund. Please use an address where someone can receive the parcel.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please allow a few extra days and then email us at contact@laiy.store — we'll track it down and sort it out.

Damaged in transit? Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it.
